Steps to Reproduce: Login on official and pickup where you last logged off, which in this case was inside my base.
The only way to stop falling was by pulling my bracelet, my body however was at the circle I did not have to use the circle to recover it.
I have included screenshots with this report.
That looks as if your base is in or on the ice floe in the North on Exiled Lands map?
Your base spawn point is underwater, on land, on foundation blocks on land or foundations on top of ice flow?
No it is in the keyhole,
I have had this a few times since the last update, i had to move my bed from the top of the bottom section of the keyhole as when I respawned on my bed I become stuck inside the structure, one time when I was stuck inside the structure I seemed to pop up near the tree boss between the keyhole and freya.
I was quite suprised to see that i was so far away it was almost like a secret passageway, I grabbed sreenshots of this also due to it being so unusual.

If at the ‘Keyhole’ on “The Great Dam” then, as long as your spawnpoint is not under any mesh (and likely water), you should be fine. Maybe post a follow-up screenshot of your spawnpoint - but from above the mesh?
Any building, in the ‘old days’ perhaps, in the ‘Keyhole’ was discouraged, but that may have changed.
Any spawn-in places too close to the undermesh barriers, especially in some of the North areas, will drop you through the mesh. The mesh boundaries were modified/cleaned up in '24, making it so much harder for those messing with undermesh builds and exploits.
My spawn point is a bed next to the circle, inside the main structure underneath.
I did not know the keyhole was bannable as every server I have been on players always build here.
I make sure not to block the npc camp behind or build on the section where the tablet is to the right or any other place that has a visible marker or ghost.
Yeah, likely no longer ‘bannable’ - that was a while back.
Your dropping throguh the mesh will though persist if your respawn point/bed are too close to the mesh border. There are a lot of places in the North that you can ‘see’ where they made adjustments to the mesh (you can run half inside and outside the ground for example). You can make it less likely by placing your bed on top of a foundation at the very least. Good luck.
Yes I always place my bed on the foundation next to the circle once learnt , I guess there is nothing to be done except live with it 
I had same a while ago. Bigger base took a while to load. Was not falling forever. Eventually spawn at bed
Every single time I log in or spawn on any of the Official servers I have played on since December 2023 I fall through my base, into the mesh.
Prior to April 2024 I could walk around under the mesh or depending on how far it was, walk around the bottom of my base, but could not interact with anything.
I never really had the issue of getting stuck in foundations while that was happening because I always built in permastructures and had the base floor foundations like an inch from the floor. But, I was an exception.
Either way, it happens anywhere and sometimes even when there’s no building pieces, it doesn’t matter if you’re in Keyhole or the greenwall at South Jungle or on flat sand in the middle of nowhere.
Since AoH I still fall through the base, I can hear me falling, bones crunching, grunting. If I’m just logging in by the time the loading screen clears I’m at the last place I logged in. If I’m spawning at my bed/bedroll I can watch the whole spectacle.
And sometimes, like cyc, I can’t do anything about it unless I pull bracelet.
This happens on full servers, dead servers, mid spec rig and new rig since November where I am almost at highest spec to run the game.
Yes you have to wait for this to load otherwise.

It happens sometimes. Best thing you could do is have a circle of power always ready to recall your body. And then its HAMMER TIME AGAIN
