Yes to some degree but when i have done it, It does not seen to show server fps. And other usefull information … when i switch to online servers.
It was a way for US to SEE how server was doing. The ability seems to be gone for mortals.
On the bug , and this is Based on purely observation the Bug seems to like to happen more often when their are stress on the server. I dont know if purges or eventos can increase the likehood of this happening.
I have a strong suspicious this Bug is related to server performance.
