Could we get a thrall that we could send out to an area that can gather resources that would be on the map in real time?
Depending on equipment…
Or at least being able to set thralls to attack/defend/harvest when they are with you…

Hey, you’ve got to get the Thralls somewhere, no? 
You would be… But with the added fun of hunting out the enemy thralls whilst they are hunting and gathering!

I don’t think you’re realistic.With the AI this game has it’s going to be super easy, barely an inconvenience, to hunt down gathering thralls.
