I am looking to see if a certain color and style cloak exist and where it can be found in-game.
The cloak style like Black Dragon Cloak (Dark Purple), Ceremonial Cloak of the Black Dragon (Red), Filigree Steelsilk Cloak (Purple). But, I need that style in Blue that closely matches the Blue color of the Plumed Helm of Divinity.
Example of style I’m looking for.
This color Blue.

Only thing comparable that I know is the “Beryl Buttoned Cloak” from the guild city which has roughly the same color.
I suppose the wisdom cloak from the iron tower would fit. but it’s a smaller cloak.
You mean the Kosalan Grace cloak? Good luck getting it! 
It will be esier to get the Jovian Spirit Cape from Crow’s Nest, but it’s a quest item, so if he did the quest already, he lost his chance.
Yes that one from the other boss instead of Desumo !
But I think the spirit cape is way darker than the picture suggests.
