Fatal Error after selecting launch on the funcom launcher during opening movie

Fatal error on loading cinematics followed buy a crash , I dont have any mods installed , it was a fresh install of the game , my computer and graphics card is up to date even tried uninstalling and reinstalling on different drives , and disabled my firewall. verified game files on steam as well. it changes nothing .

So dont know if it will work for you but, i seem to have fixed it , I didnt have any mods currently installed but I still had a mods folder , I deleted it and now it works .
