Fatal Error but game works fine if crash window is left alone

Bug Description:

I launch the game and i get Fatal error The UE4-ConanSandbox Game has crashed and will close but it doesnt close the game if i leave the crash panel alone and the game works fine but once i close the crash panel or press OK the game closes, i do not understand whats going on.

3. Select the Local files
4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

Update:
Hello everyone,
in the end i wasnt able to do anything so i reinstalled the game and deleted everything from documents about conan exiles and any files that steam left untouched, after i installed the game it worked just fine!
I hope nobody will go through that experience and if you have the same problem i hope this solution will work for you guys!

im having the same problem, have reinstalled the game many times and the problem persist. no forum or tecnical support page i found have any kind of solution, what can i do? the error name is ue4 fatal error.
