Basic Info: launch crash

this has stoped me from playing this game for over a year i would like to get it resolved.

Platform: =PLATFORM= PC steam
Issue Type: =ISSUE TYPE= Game crashing on launch
Game Mode: =GAME MODE= plain old vanilla conan
Server Type: =SERVER TYPE= cant pick crash on launch
Map: =MAP= first one
Server Name: =SERVER NAME= original conan one
Mods: =MODS= none

Bug Description: when i launch the game i get a fatal error report and the game crashes i cant get past the load screen

Bug Reproduction: anytime i start the game. i have tried to uninstalling and it still happens

mounted packs num(200) not equal to expected Paks num(199) and (0) optional packs not available. please verify your installation

Have you tried verifying your files as the errorr suggests,

The entire game with dlc’s and nudity for me contains 179 pak files and can be found in the following folder.

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Content\Paks

Just choose to submit the fatal error report. (If you can).
That at least goes directly to those who are supposed to be working on it and they
should know exactly where to look.
There is no point in coming here with it.
