Tried everything, i even unistalled and reinstalled the game.

For some reason, i was able to conect now by lowering just the anti aliasing

But i don’t think it will work again, because my last workaround (laptop mode) don’t work anymore and don’t even make sense when just lowering anti aliasing with graphics on high, the game works

Fatal error when crafting using the quick-bar. See below steps for how to recreate. I was able to recreate this on demand on #1516. Validated steam files, restarted steam, restarted pc, etc.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Create single item. I.e.: fence.
Put fence on quick bar and place it. I.e.: Quick button 8.
Press quick button 8 to make a new fence from materials in inventory.
Fatal error.

Since the recent version my game crashes soon as I remove bigger buildings (+25 fondations) with shift+ctrl+del, never had that before in any version. Is this a known bug?

I have already installed the Game fresh and validated per Steam the files on errors.

Fatal error when it renders in one of my bases PC Discussion

I play on official server 1588 pvp. When i render in one of my larger bases i fatal error. It seems it doesn’t do it to my smaller bases or when im running in world but if it has to render in for a good minute or two it hiccups and then errors. Ive tried verifying files, good there. restarted pc, rolled back to a previous gc version. Doesn’t seem to be on my end.

I have to start by saying i have updated graphics card, verified game files. I have tried the graphic settings workaround, while that seemed work for awhile i started getting fatals in every setting.

I don’t have issues logging on, only in rendering this specific base. I can port out from a maproom or use another bed port to another base and be fine. No issues at all. But when i try to enter this specific base its fatal.

It is the entire Dagon’s claw island. There is no specific spot that it happens in ive fatal in various points around the island/base. It usually takes 1 -5 mins just walking around rendering in the base.
I don’t believe this to be my pc issue on the fact that other clan members are expieriencing the same issue when rendering in this base.

Im on 1588 official pvp server.

The game randomly crashes only when there is someone else on the server, when I’m alone everything is fine.

Edit:
Server: Official PvP (PC)

When I’m only player on server:

2 hours of continuous play > OK (no crash)
Upgrading Sandstone Fence Foundation to Reinforced Stone > OK (no crash)
Placing new (attached to base) Reinforced Stone Fence Foundation > OK (no crash)
Destroying Sandstone Fence Foundation > OK (no crash)
Destroying (from ‘E’ menu) huge player base (Black Ice + Aquilonian style) > OK (no crash)

When is there somone else on server:

When I jointed the server and there is one player (on 13 lvl), game crashes after (±)30 secounds (in my base, when I look up to open the Hatch Door)
When I jointed the server and there is one player (on 17 lvl), game crashes after 1-2 minute (when I go around my base)
When new player (on 31 lvl) join server, game crashes after (±)30 secounds (in my base when I hit “Exit to main menu” button)

Edit 2:
After the Hotfix (07.09), the game works correctly, without crash.

For what we can gather, these are the most common crashes you’ve been reporting:

Upon joining a server: This one is fixed and will be released very soon.
When opening a wheel of pain: Our team is aware and looking into this one. We might need extra information.
When opening an improved furnace: Our team is aware and looking into this one. We might need extra information.
When opening a chest or vault: Our team is aware and looking into this one. We might need extra information.
When loading or around big bases: We might need to collect more information about this one.
When mass deleting building pieces: Our team is looking into it.

If you have any extra information that could help us reproduce this issues, please send it our way.

So above are points at our outer perimeter wall gates in an arc surounding the entire base. everything inside this arc every coord are fatal

below are points usually not on the large island of Dagons claw but the surrounding lesser islands and are safe from this error.

Tryed to conect after the fix, i still get the SAME crash while trying to conect. For some reason i was able to conect JUST lowering anti aliasing before, have to try it again. I know you will merge this, but i made a new post because it can be noted faster.

Fatal Crash trying to place a Reinforced Stone foundation on bare ground. Same with Aquilonian square foundation. Will have to wait for game to restart before trying the new DLC in case that’s the exception. It does look like a core-game mechanic has been compromised.
Admin controls seem fine. Placed stuff is fine. No base builds have de-materialised.

We are getting random DC’s now on our server. Not crashes. Talked to our host they said its not on their end.

We need to be patient. I am guessing this is a core game issue and FunCom will certainly be all over it so once a revised patch comes out post testing we can collectively see what’s what.

An easy fix would be revert to previous game core version, and get the update back to testlive. If that can be done of course.

Player on my server was just moving things in inventory and also got a fatal error.

Added:
Replicated problem. Moving a Mod item to a Mod chest, Multiple types of items all cause fatal error.
