What the hell is going on with your game again?!
Fatal ERROR when starting video! Just yesterday I was playing quietly, you didn’t even have any updates - today I can’t enter the game! 
Known bug, there is a work around posted. Devs are looking into a fix as well.
1 start the launcher
2 unplug the network cable or disconnect wifi
3 start the game from the launcher
wait until the error message about connecting to the Funcom services appears
4 plug the network cable back in or reconnect wifi and wait some seconds
5 click “OK” and retry to connect
choose server and play
it work for me ty
