FOR ALL OF YOU WHO EXPERIENCE CLIENT CRASHES WITH FURNANCES, TANNERIES, DRYERS, STOVES, etc. For me the issue was resolved by picking up the benches and placing them down again, I am no longer crashing when interacting with them.
