I am a purely Offline Singleplayer @KamikazeHamster, so probably best if I abstain.

for me it could be turned off, often this mechanic make me die. The ncp enter on the finish him state, my char look at it and freezes, no matter i smash the attack button the fatality not happens, my actions still freeze looking at the folk, the other folks surround me and continues hiting me till death. So im better without it. (this occurs sinces its implementation)

@KamikazeHamster I would say leave them on and also fix them. Because I do try and use them to restore HP and turbo-charge stamina regen during fights.

Another one for the “Did nobody on the dev team see this coming?” series.

I’m genuinely curious about the July 21 update because, when Enhanced was announced, it also brought a lot of hope that we’d see improvements beyond the engine upgrade itself.

So far, my personal scorecard looks something like this:

  • Better pricing and accessibility for Bazaar content? Unfortunately, that was a big miss.

  • Fixing long-standing bugs? Still waiting. Many of the old issues are still with us.

  • Better communication with the community? @Dana has definitely been a bright spot. :clap:

  • Better polish for new content before release? We’ll find out on the 21st.

i hate fatalities, they are just annoyance that get you into more trouble, especialy doing purge and similar and waste of time. I vote to totaly remove them.

Yep, that’s exactly what I’ve been saying too. Fatalities should be a separate button, not the attack or block button.

Or, I’ll meet Funcom halfway. Fatalities should “work” regardless of whatever NPCs are in front of you.

But not this current form where the game decides you should do a fatality, so your character stops attacking and tries to tap the enemy on the shoulder and politely ask them to move so you can do a fatality. Meanwhile, everyone else and their dog is getting ready to pigpile on top of you.
