Feast of Derketo recipe is not on the stove?

Game mode: Single player Version 100903 / 18632
Problem: Bug
Region: USA

Just notices that the Feast of Deketo is only on the Pleasure Palace and NOT on the stove?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Upgrade Derketo alter to T3
  2. Notice that the feast is there
  3. Check stove, Feast of Derketo recipe is not listed
  4. make it anyway for the Zeal.

The same problem exists on public server mode.
