Xbox) Downloaded yesterday, returning player - all skills and feats etc were reset but a couple were pre filled. In short they’re not selectable as “green” icons but as I try to learn skills attached it says I dont have the prerequisite. I’d rather not reinstall but will take any tips at this stage. I can’t build most things with this issue I was playing an old character on offfical.(Xbox)

Also if you are encountering a bug the proper place is Xbox bug report and try to fill out all info
