Female body flickering on "finalize character"

On “finalize character” step, female body would flicker. No such bug on male body. Video below is from singleplayer, no mods. Did try different nudity settings and creating on official server. Same result.

(I guess this is probably known, but in recent history I did not notice a post with this subject)

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Start creating female character
  2. see body flickering on “finalize character” step

I have the same thing happening. I start a new single/co-op game and the female body starts to blink just like in the video.

Also when I get to the first river just north of starting point the shadows start to shake and during sunrise the screen has shadowy black bars like a grid.

This and the female body issue started 6/28/2019.
