Few transformation balance ideas

This of course is for sorcery. I want a pro/con for powerful forms. These are just a few ideas.

Lich:

Undead

x2 weakness to fire
Don’t need to eat or drink.
Immune to bleed,cold and heat.
Potions,food and Warps don’t heal you.
Sorcery bonus of 20%.
Unable to use Mics.
Heal by poison.

Arch Demon
Immune to heat and posion.
+5% Speed
Unable to use religion weapons
Food heals x2
Weakness to Religion weapons x4
