I can even fix this problem, but I have to get in and out of the game about 3 times and of course this is a hassle to do.

Try allowing the game to load for longer or try moving out of render distance of your base. This is a loading issue that seems to happen when an asset hasn’t loaded properly or isn’t done loading.
Happens to me too, hopefully this helps.
