Some followers come out of Jailor cages T-posing. Nothing fixes them until the game is exited and restarted. They do fight in this state, but without animation. If assigned to a station they also remain T-posed and any part of the station that is also part of their animation also disappears (ie the campfire with a pig on a spit over it - add T-posed follower and the spit vanishes as well, until game restart.)
