Thank you for reporting this issue to us, but it seems there’s information missing from the bug report template.
This template has most of the information we need to start investigating and will make the process a lot quicker for everyone

The reason there is ‘information missing from the bug report template’ is because the bug report template is bugged - as has been pointed out to you over and over again. Most recently here, as you and the rest of the team have ignored yet again. But you already know that. This is just another pathetic attempt to whitewash the situation and pretend the ever-increasing numbers of bugs wrecking this game don’t actually exist.
If the community team actually did your jobs, instead of just sending people back to the same failed bug report template over and over, maybe some bugs would actually get fixed.
