Force login completion? Not Joining private server, no error just main screen

Getting an issue with logging in to my private g-portal.us server from my laptop. I can find the server, mods check out and it attempts to join, but after the long boot up (laptop takes longer to load game) it does nothing. No “Joining Server” message just the plain main screen. I know the server works (I can access from main computer and even this laptop earlier. It just doesn’t finishing connecting from the laptop.

Is there a way to force it complete the login after it has rebooted? After it has rebooted no servers are listed and a direct connect attempt fails with " not unique id" error. Or perhaps a way to skip the double boot? I tried direct logging into the server from the Steam server window and it still boots twice.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Start game with no Battleye
2. Chose “Play Online”
3. Chose Favorited private server and join.
4. Await reboot as it attempts to join and wait…

I just started having similar issues as well, when I started Conan this evening a update box ran, but I can’t find any mention of it.

I figure it has to do something with the increased load times. The first time it failed I had several new mods loaded and boot up was taking a while so I removed a couple large ones and it worked after that. And kept working until last night. I am considering reducing the mod load lower, but if that was not the fix the first time why bother. I see servers with the even bigger mods running so I’m guessing that can’t be it alone. We just need some kind of retry command or a check in the code to see if the join game function actually fired.

EDIT: Dropping another big mod did not work. Still failed. Next idea?
