Former NPC camp still has it's landclaim in the Oasis!

There was a small NPC camp in the Oasis near the Sentinels that was moved elsewhere but it’s landclaim is still there and not allowing player to build there!

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Just go there and try to place a foundation.
  2. It won’t let you!
