Foulfellow and Gideon: Game freezes for a second when jumping first laser

Topic says it all really. When I jump over the first laser in Foulfellow and Gideon, my FPS drops to 0 every time for a brief moment. Something at that exact point is messing up the game.

Also, it makes me blow up, so not just annoying, achievement breaking too.

Terminal D corridor always hard pauses to load something everytime you go down there

During the Foulfellow and Gideon mission. When you get down into the Terminal D instance, pass the first green drone and get to where the hallway turns right. As soon as you are in the air jumping over the very first laser tripwire, the game just pauses for about 1.5 seconds. Hard stop. I thought my game crashed the first time.
