Found either an exploiter item or a bug on an arrow type

Arrow has a stat it shouldn’t

I don’t know where these arrows came from. I don’t want to give away the type or stat issue. I only found it because the arrows won’t stack. I have them in my box still and they don’t match any of the arrows of the same type and the error is insanely powerful.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Not sure when I picked these up
  2. They were in my inventory after a base raid on 12/26/2019
  3. Noticed that they wouldn’t stack at 11:25 Eastern 12/27/2019
  4. The arrow has the identical name of the others of same type in the box, the weapon effect change is massive.

I have some too on one of the offi i play, they are jelously and meticously hidden as a memory. I remember getting one shotted in full steel by an npc having this.
