Both. It seems random but place down some black ice foundations at various heights and it will occur. ---

Problems with building items not snapping can sometimes be resolved by changing to a weapon then back to the building item you’re trying to place. There’s something strange in the engine that gets itself tied in knots. Also, if you get that message that you’re trying to place an item in a space that’s occupied by something else when it clearly isn’t, just changing to a weapon and back usually fixes it. Sometimes feels as if it remembers ‘error’ conditions for far too long. ---

this is Online and only work arounds i found work are split what you trying lay down and put each pile on 2 different buttons so when 1 sticks swap to other so on but this is stupid it should be fixed its released game for god sakes ---

😡 foundations are still not working/snapping. Also, I used to be able to put walls on the outside of the foundations as well as window walls, fence walls, etc. What happened??? ---
