Hello Guys i have this problem a while now and i dont know if its my 2070 ore just the game but i slowly belive its my GPU.
I have this problem in singleplayer where i walk around and experience fps hicks, i know its hicks because i Stat unigrap everything and see them when i walk around in asset filled placec like noob River.
i litterly pirated an older version of the game and experience way smoother gameplay then the current one so it might not be my GPU, pls someone help me i cant play this game with constant Hicks ore bad performance, i have all dlc and would love to play again.
