Just collected 6 relict Fragment boxes, and got 0 Fragments of Power, can’t be supposed Like this.
Ps4, pvp-C Server 3041.
Did you get anything at all?
I noticed the language boxes (same box design) gives the same notice but not getting a fragment, just a scroll for a language.

Very odd, since it happened 6 times to you this isn’t just a one time problem.
Did you save the locations? Where’d you pick them up?
Did the chests disappear? If you don’t activate the chest directly, you can get the notice, but not actually pick it up and the chest will stay sitting there.
Typical reaction of a bugged official server. Report to Zendesk. These days every single official server I play will be bugged in totally different things 
. It’s not on you, so report it and good luck is all I can say
