Frequent crashing

Bug Description:

Last two to three days, game is crashing to main Xbox screen every 20-30 minutes or so. Can barely play. Last several creatures I tried to fight also took zero damage, even though they were doing damage. No pending system updates. Did a full uninstall and reinstall of all files, still crashing. No warning or noticeable pattern, just goes black and then to main Xbox screen. Co-op mode, sometimes with another player but several times with no one else on.

Steps to Reproduce:

Issue with creatures taking zero damage seems to be a bug with a weapon called berserker’s fistblades. Switched weapons and was able to damage animals again. Still having the crashing issue.
