(Fresh server) Arrows not firing, can't open doors - And dropped items disappear

Game mode: Online private
Type of issue: Bug
Server type: PvP
Region: Europe

Hi! We recently created a new server on a hosting site. We’ve ran into a couple of issues and have found no other person asking about anything related to the bugs.

First off, we can’t open doors. Accessing containers and opening gates works just fine. The issue spans all tiers of doors.

Secondly, whenever we drop items no lootbag is created. So the item is basically deleted.

Lastly, whenever we use a bow, no arrows is fired or an arrow is fired but it’s suspended in mid-air. This issue disappeared for a tiny bit but it came back.

The only mod we have is Pippi - User & Server Management - v3.0.5.
2 of us have read every single conan server setting, and Pippi setting over and over and can’t find anything that can affect these bugs.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. There aren’t any steps… Just try to open doors, fire arrows or drop an item.

Thank you!

I’ll add that these bugs seems to come and go… I just managed to get a lootbag from dropping an item, but none of the other players are. Earlier I couldn’t either. We’ve tried restarting the server multiple times, and we’ve all tried restarting our clients.

Were there any other mods prior Pippi? Pippi had an update today and a hotfix after due to quite a few issues introduced by the earlier update. Do you have the latest version installed 3.1.1 on the server. Was the server fine yesterday or did you create it today?

Hello again.

We decided to refund the server costs and find another provider. We tried to contact their support team as well but they both refused, and couldn’t help us in any way.

2 hours later with a new provider, everything is working splendidly.
