Because players can’t restrain themselves from building huge bases and Funcom putting questitems (flowers and minibosses) in the same area makes it impossible on 1013 to unlock her.
She leads the player to areas fully build, so flowers cannot be reached and the greater boar cannot spawn. The next greater boar is out of her reach, so she just leaves.
My brother is more stubborn then I am, he kept killing normal boars till on one moment one changed for the rare greater version, he let her kill it and continued. He also has 12 piglets in the freezer 
I don’t have time to kill 1.000+ normal boars.
There’s a large boar over by The Pocket in G10. The boar is right before that in a little cove in G9.
