Where can I locate and tame the “exlie lands” ver of Frida The Beast Tamer ?

You may be able to find her in one of the prisoner cages after winning a very high-level purge like level X. With a chance of well under 1 % you can also find her in one of the many cages scattered throughout the various NPCs camps in the Exiled Lands.

What about the dancer thrall “Dancing With The Bears” ?

Check the Conan Exiles wiki. You should be able to find what your looking for there.

My Apologies friend but the wiki is outdated, that is why I ask here on the forums.
In other words, the wiki does not mention on which lv of the new purge she drops.

She used to spawn in the Cimmerian Beast Tamers purge. It might be possible to rescue her from a cage at the end of the current purge.

I haven’t done the newer purges in some time, but during AoW, I never saw her drop. She may have been added to AoH, but I couldn’t say for certain.
Well, the wiki is community driven so if the community dosent update it then thats on the Mods of the wiki. It’s true the wiki is not 100% correct however most of the information on the wiki is. As for Frida The Beast Tamer its RNG if she pops in on a purge or not so all you can do is keep poping a purge in the Highlands and pray.

Sorry, I can’t help you there either. I haven’t encountered this thrall in the Exiled Lands once since I started playing on a “new” PvE-C server about two years ago, following the Purge changes which came with/after Age of War.
Perhaps some of us who are currently actively playing should sign up for the Conan Exiles wiki. I’m not excluding myself from expressing this idea. Adding two or three sentences to existing articles is probably not that time-consuming.

with new purge you can’t get her. lv8,9,10 purge you can get sonja the strider same stat
you can get nimbletoe with similar appearance in purge lv 5,6,7
Tbh, if you’re trying to get Frida for collecting purposes, I understand, but if you’re just trying get her because you think she’s good, I wouldn’t worry. My favorite thrall, and one of the best in the game imo, is already in the current purge system: Anja the Dervish. She’s an archer, but outfit her as a fighter, pour points into her vit and str, and give her a momentum with master weapon fitting. She’s a beast in her own right. She gets a great amount of HP and can take on quite a bit.
Oh, and another good point: Frida just looks like Dalinsia pretty much. 
Meanwhile, Anja looks much better. She’s basically a stronger Lianeele minus the entertainer perk.

What purge levels can you find Anja?

Last I checked, it was 8-10 I believe. I haven’t done them since AoH started though.
@Kazalakis is sending them away his rng for Anja is very good. Mostly lvl 10 is where we meet Anja.
