Bug Description:

Frustrating Ticker Error
This has been happening for a week now, I try every day 5 to 10 times.

Bug Reproduction:

Here’s what happens:

  • I enter the game (Conan Exiles).
  • I go to Play Online.
  • In Choose your combat mode, I press Skip.
  • I select Official server #1977 PvE Conflict - g-portal.com and click JOIN.
  • Once in the game, I see the Server Message of the Day with the link to the official server rules, and I click OK.
  • I open the options menu and go to Request Help.
  • I enter my email.
  • I select a request.
  • Regardless of the email or the option I choose in Request type, nothing happens.

Tests on:

*Home PC
*Work PC
*NVIDIA GeForce NOW
*Notebook
*I verified the integrity of the files.

Same here. Tried several times today, i had to go to zendesk site and recieved an automated response asking for a video of the hacker acting deletting the thralls how could us coloct this such evidence if not They act when we are offline.
