Could someone please let me know if they’ve managed to find the post where Funcom said “We’re truly sorry we stuffed up so badly just before Xmas then left - the really pressing issues are being worked on right now with urgency.”

I don’t seem to be able to find it.

With games like Enshrouded and Soulmask and Nightingale etc all just around the corner, is this really the time to continue to treat your customers with such utter contempt? If we feel taken for granted, do you think it might mean longer stints (or permanent breaks) from the game… errr… I mean, from the Bazaar and Battlepass? I have bought every Battlepass so far. And a fair bit of stuff from the Bazaar and every DLC and am over 8000 hours now (still a baby next to some). Yes I am an idiot. Right now am thinking there’s only one way to make Funcom stop taking its player base for granted. And I hope like hell I fall in love with Enshrouded and others like I think I will. That and frustration with being treated with contempt by Funcom will finally make me go cold turkey on my biggest addiction.
