Here is a suggestion!
add some" landclaiming device", anything outside it should have few hours despawn , each player get 2 or 3 !
I have been playing this other game that has something like that , the device also serve as indestructible limites storage for really important items i mean has like 5 slots but that’s more than enough! if land claimer is destroyed you get 24 hrs to repair it otherwise everything is decayed
that would stop the spamming of foundations everywhere !
