You start off by admitting in big, bold letters that there is No administrator support. Yet, you go on about warning’s, bans and infractions subsequently. Which is it? Are there active admins or are there not? My post from over a month ago has NEVER been addressed. You couldn’t ask for better evidence of cheating and who was causing it. Yet you’ve done nothing about it.

They move the goal post all the time, hypocrisy all the way round. Ban those who shouldn’t be and slack off the trolls.
Instead of building a robust event log that offers telemetry data on everything so you can easily prove exploits/cheats, they ask players to make in depth video recording with wrongdoers on display and their names like we’re some sort of investigative journalists. Support leaves a lot to be desired really. Do better Funcom.
For example: who summoned a god and at what coords, who summoned a purge and at what coords, who kliled a thrall, who took my stuf and who demolished my buildings on pve server using a tier 10 purge, chat history for the last 7 days, an auto-translate function so we know when people are being toxic. The fact that we knew who killed a player in the past and now they simply replaced it with “a player” to hide the culprit, tells us everything we need to know. We’re being sold on the idea that official servers have rules but nothing is reinforced. We never get a response if our reports even amount to anything.
Players who cheat/exploit/harass no longer fear the consequences, because there are none.
