# Funcom points purchased but not updated in game

HI. On 2022-06-20 I bought 12000 funcom points, the purchase was successful,(both on the site and on my card), but the points were not loaded into the game.  
So yesterday, i tried again buying 600 fp, but the situation remained the same…  
help me pls
