Funcom Support question

Ok so I’m playing on a server that a toxic player plays on and said player has been flooding Global chat with hateful and racist remarks aimed at me, my clanmate and occasionally, other players.

So I have taken a screenshot of every one of these comments and wrote a ticket about it on (Contact Us — Conan Exiles Help Center) and only received the following email as response:

In order to properly assist you, please follow the instructions below according to the type of issue you wish to report:

CLAIM SPAM / CONTENT BLOCK / UNDERMESH / BUILDING HARASSMENT: Description of the issue plus a screenshot of the map pointing to the location.

CHAT HARASSMENT: Description of the issue plus a screenshot of the chat window at the time the incident occurred.

EXPLOIT / OFFENSIVE CONTENT: Description of the issue plus a screenshot/video of the infraction.

HACKING: Description of the issue plus a video of the player performing the reported hacks.

Important: Please make sure that all files you send us are according to the following:

  • Images:
  1. Make sure they are either .jpeg/.jpg or .png formats
  2. Alternatively, upload them to a website such as Imgur, Google Drive, or OneDrive, and share the link in your ticket.
  • Videos:
  1. Please upload them to a video platform such as YouTube, Medal, ClipChamp, or Twitch Clips and share the link in your request. If possible, make sure the video is set as unlisted in order to protect everyone’s privacy.
  2. You can also the files from your Onedrive or Google Drive as long as your permissions allow anyone to view them.

My original ticket was sent on June 5th, at the same night when the offender flooded Global chat with his hateful comments. Just yesterday June 7th, the same player logged in and proceeded to keep insulting me and my clanmate.

I checked the Official servers’ guidelines and this player should’ve been permanently banned, however, he came back a few days later to repeat that behavior. I sent another ticket with new screenshots of the new comments that player said to me and a few hours later I receive the same kind of automatically generated response at my email inbox.

Today April 8th, I replied to said automatically generated message thru my email and immediately received an email at my Junk folder, saying that the second support ticket has already been closed.

So, it is normal for hateful and greafer players to do as they please on the game without any consequence???

So, you’ve mastered time travel and gone FORWARD in time by 2 months..? Either that, or I’ve mastered time travel and gone BACK 2 months to April 2025..?

Keep taking screen prints of any, and all, nasty bullying comments this a$$hat keeps writing and send them in a daily post to Funcom. I promise you, they will act… eventually.

Something else you can do in the mean time, because Funcom is unlikely to do anything on the matter, is to mute the player on the server so you dont see their chat.

I always thought he/she was a bot programmed to put a :frowning: on every post.
