Age of Conan happens after Hour of the Dragon.
Conan Exiles happens between Xuthal of the Dusk (Slithering Shadow) and Witch Shall be Born.
Conan Exiles is effectively a prequel to Age of Conan. Merging them wouldn’t really work lorewise.
