Problem: [Crash | cannot access servers| after request for permission game Locke’s up| Misc]

I have reinstalled the game twice now and the issue still persists. It just started this morning, I opened the game and went to online and after requesting permissions a load screen appears and says please wait and nothing happens after that. I have contacted PSN and they don’t see anything on there end. Looking for any information on this issue. Would like to get back to the game before I lose all my stuff.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.open application
2.select play online
3. Checking permission
4. Please wait load screen that never goes away.
