You are loading with Pickup+ which according to the comments from other users crashes their games. The mod has not been updated yet.

After removing Pickup+ from the mod list, the game started. I was going to disable this mod via the menu before launching as I saw that it was not updated, but the game would crash even before the main menu opened. It seemed to me that such a crash could not be caused by a mod.
