Just got the game the other day thanks to Epic games and their free install.
Played around past the “tutorial” area, making my way back to the Ark.
Crashed 4 times so far, all whilst playing too many sound files. Easy to replicate.
Edit: Just booted it up for a 5th time. Immediately crashed upon loading into saved game, at the gas station.

If possible, could you please elaborate on the crashes that you get due to the multiple sound effects being played?
Does it occur mostly during combat?
Could you also share your in-game settings, computer specs and save file?
