I am running Windows 10 and have an Nvidia GeForce GT 730. The drivers are updated. I did the starting zombie killing, but then the game froze when I started chasing butterflies through Seoul. If I try to pull it up again, it immediately freezes and crashes.

It seems to be related to Nvidia patch levels for a lot of folks - sometimes newer drivers cause the problem, and DX9/11 for others.
