Game not letting me open doors or regenerate stamina

I just started the game but it also happened after I put a bed in the space I hide in when I leave the game
Are you solo, solo with a clan created or in a clan with other players?

Have you tried pulling your bracelet to see if it fixes this?
Before you do though, if you have a repair hammer handy, check the info on your builds, and also, see if you can replace or remove building pieces.
