Game issue, cold status icon

every time I log on to my game and play my character on single player I keep getting the could status icon no mate how many times I restart my game.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. log on
  2. select single player
  3. play my game

When and how did this issue start occurring?

What area is your character on and what’s it currently wearing?

Does killing off your character by removing its bracelet have the issue persist post-respawn?
