hello I only play singleplayer when log in back 2 the world it freeze when I try 2 use anything opens my inventory and cut trees and goes to combat or discover a new location or mine anything stone iron and when I try 2 swim it dose this once and then the sounds start to lag like 2 Swaim jump in the water then the sound comes can u guys help Idk what to do

Have you tried reinstalling the game? (don’t forget to backup your save).
I just installed it few days ago i forget to say 2 things 1st one is that that the game intro lag and i had mods but they were not active
