Bug:
My game crashes every time I try to reboot my new singleplayer session. It says it ran out of memory but it has less assets than my other session. My other session works just fine. I kinda need this new session because i was recording most of it for youtube.
Character name and level: Csenge, lvl 37
Steps I took before getting the bug:
I wiped out Thugra’s stand
mined some coal and iron nodes there,
freed a tier 2 taskmaster from the cage,
dressed her in gear I took from the dead Darfari,
decided to go home but I could only have one thrall so I ran forward with her while leaving my original thrall in the back,
told her to stop following ibetween 2 darfari camps where thralls can’t be placed but can stay as long as you tell them to stop following you there,
went back for my thrall who followed me just fine
my original thrall worked just fine but the new thrall kept showing “Stop following” despite not following me.
Thanks for reporting here - have you also reported to helpshift? That is where bug reports for CEE are supposed to go so they can be seen more quickly by the devs Contact Us — Conan Exiles Help Center
Can’t guarantee that you’ll get a reply - bug reports usually don’t (unless you entered it under a different category, you’ll probably just get the generic acknowledgment email), but it all gives the devs more chance of getting it fixed sooner.
For tickets in general I saw a claim that they are currently about a month and a half behind in dealing with the backlog (though I know that some bug fixes have arrived within a week of reporting, so I think there’s multiple systems going on (or the person making the ‘month and a half’ claim might have just been making it up…)).
I’m running enhanced. Here’s the thing: I have two sessions, one of them is working just fine, the other crashes when I try to load the world up. I think you’re missing the important point. This is absolutely a bug issue.
