Game Will not Run from Launcher

First… I just paid 50.00 for this game and There is no way to contact support without having to Register, login and post here.

Running in Single Player mode.
No Mods

Game loads into launcher. I select Difficulty and hit X and all it does is make a clicking sound and will NOT launch the game. Windows is up to date. Steam is up to date. Nvidia drivers are up to date. Verified game files in steam all is good. Checked Games settings all is good. Running i7 12 core with nvidia 3070.

Also tried Beta Live Version same thing.

Never mind seems there is zero support from this company. I see other post unanswered that have been sitting here for a while. No dev response nothing.

I found on their site to email support. It has a drop down for which game each have a way to contact them seems just the ones you have Accounting/Billing . Soon as you select Conan Exiles the ability to email them goes away and they send you here.

I’m just going to request refund and write bad review warning people there is NO support for this game from this company. They depend on their community to solve their problems.

You cannot select a difficulty from the launcher? I’m not sure what you’re doing here.
The clicking sound, is it sound played or does it come from the PC itself?

Your patience is showing, answers will rarely be immediate.

As for a possible fix, go here (default path, yours might differ):
C:\SteamGames\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Binaries\Win64

Run the ConanSandbox_BE app from there, it bypasses the launcher.

I installed the game. Launched it from Steam a windows pops up some sort of launcher I click run then it goes to into a short video then I end up at a screen which shows the game and the Isle of Siptah DLC. You select which one you want to play and then easy, medium or hard (they call it something else). At bottom left it says Run I click that and you hear a click sound and nothing happens So I get all the way there and it will not run.

That would be the main menu.

After attempting to start a game, do you get any kind of error message at all or does the game simply freeze completely?

At a glance i’d guess it’s a memory issue, upon trying to load the gameworld it runs out of it and locks up.

No it doesn’t lock up or give any error messages. I can back out of the menu back to the main menu. it just doesn’t launch. Weird and this company will not respond to me about the issue I even emailed them and put a ticket in… Radio Silence… Crickets
