I have seen this message appear numerous times on my Offline Singleplayer game on the ps4. I first noticed it around the time of the Grave Matters event, which never actually worked for most Singleplayers on ps4, likely due to a bug. So I had always assumed that it was a biproduct of this, or the event trying to work. Based on my own observations it seems to be relatively benign, and I have not noticed any outcomes, good or bad, since its first appearance.
