With this acceleration and running issue ? 4 Grit 1 Agility plus all the others with the right armor is gonna be God Mode for Claws 
claws are easily counterable by simply trading with your opponent with a hammer or great sword.
Claw users can easily counter great swords and hammers by waiting until you enter a non hyper armor frame and start stunlocking you.
Ofc it’s easy to kill bad players. Balance discussions/decisions are based on gameplay from experienced players.
