Me and a friend of mine got banned for 14 days for Abuse of the claim system to prevent access to resources or building spots, and after putting in several tickets and trying to find out what the actual Hell is going on because we never done anything of the kind we still haven’t received any word from customer service or any gm! Can anyone tell me what I can do about it? Conan is just like twitch ban you for nothing and not tell you anything and if this is how a game treats its players, shame on them!!!
