Getting the seekers of dawn pack

I bought the seekers pack but it’s not working no matter what i do, and when i go to ps strore it’s telling me i purchased it but when i go in the game its not showing up

If it is for the building pieces you are looking for, you have to have T3 recipe unlocked in building. For artisans bench, you need to have the artisan becnh recipe unlocked. Armors and weapons unlock as long as you have the category unlocked, armor, epic armor, weapon types, long handle, etc…
