Does CE’s customer service even exist anymore?
I wouldn’t put it past Funcom to have just pulled the plug on customer support/the reporting system and not said anything about it.
Literally the worst game developer ever. The fact that CE players actually went and gave these crooks money for Dune is some serious Stockholm syndrome type s**t.
I struggle to disagree. The only acceptable justification I can come up with (especially given how vocal some have been in the past about Funcom’s failings that I know for a fact have since bought Dune) is that some of them may have taken the approach that ‘300 hours’ (or whatever number) is acceptable value for the price. If any of them later make the same sorts of complaints about Dune after having already had the experience of Ce, then I find it hard to comprehend their thought processes.
“Cases” like this, along with the overall toxic atmosphere, are why I practically don’t play PVP anymore.
More or less only World of Warships where you just can’t find cheats like this. And occasionally Enlisted where I bully others with a sniper.
it’s their lack of support for conan and zero protections from hackers that made me refund dune after i bought it.
A little bit off topic:
Without intending to be offensive or rude, one (I would like to volunteer) could knock on the Dune: Awakening Discord and confront the Community Team and other Funcoms there specifically and constructively about the current state of Conan Exiles and the associated forum here. 
I mean, the worst that can happen is that the request is ignored or you get banned from Discord.
i was thinking along the same lines, try to embarrass them into doing something because dune will go the same way, there are already hacks available for it.

i only played dune in beta closed, but i already heard that they were hack in action on dune after release. there is no miracle if you don,t deal with a problem it don’t disapear but follow you…

I want to think of the best not the worst. The explanation is simple, and it is a trend on the racks. Right now, I’m having to deal with a dune forum overlapping a exiles forum. Let’s not put them so close together. Because it makes noise.
